On an average around 70% of students are successful though the rates may vary slightly from year to year.

Political Science.

The rate of success of the students of the Department of Political Science is approximately 90% in the last 5 years . The drop out rate of students in the past five years is less than 2%.

Journalism and Mass Communication

Our students have performed exceedingly well in the last University examination and the only first class in the BA Part I Honours in the University of Calcutta was a student of the department. No students have dropped out of the department in the last three years.

Over the past five years the success rates of students have steadily increased. On an average, 90% of students have successfully cleared their final (Part II) examinations.
